Accidents at Work
Your employer owes you a duty of care to keep you safe whilst at work, as governed
by a wide range of Health & Safety regulations. If they are found in breach of these
regulations, and it is established that they are responsible for your accident, they will
be liable to compensate you for your injuries.
Accidents at work commonly arise due to dangerous practices and procedures and a
lack of training and can result in falls from heights, slips and trips and manual
handling accidents.
We do not make any deductions from your compensation – you keep 100%.
