Conditional Fee Agreement (No Win No Fee) - with insurance to protect your interests.
Legal Expenses Insurance – your insurer may offer to fund your claim for you, they won’t always let you choose your own solicitor though, they sometimes provide a solicitor based hundreds of miles away so it may not be the best option for you. Most LEI policies do not cover Occupational Illness claims
Legal Aid – is not available for most types of personal injury claims
