Funding
We understand that you will be concerned about the costs involved in making a claim
– you will probably have seen the adverts on TV, but probably don’t expect it to be as
easy as it sounds and wonder what hidden costs there may be. You may also have
been told that you must use the solicitor provided for you by your insurer, which you
don’t!
We do not make any deductions from your compensation – you keep 100%.
Your options are:
Conditional Fee Agreement (No Win No Fee) - with insurance to protect your
interests.
Legal Expenses Insurance – your insurer may offer to fund your claim for you, they
won’t always let you choose your own solicitor though, they sometimes provide a
solicitor based hundreds of miles away so it may not be the best option for you.
Legal Aid – is not available for most types of personal injury claims.
