Pam Smith
Pam was first employed with a Skegness Solicitor in January 1967 as junior secretary.
She has been employed with local law firms since that time dealing with residential
conveyancing. She joined JSP in December 1993 to assist in Conveyancing
Department, dealing mainly with residential Conveyancing, and now handling
Probate and Administration of Estate matters. Pam also prepares Tenancy Agreements
for a few existing clients where we have acted in the purchase for them.
Having been born in Skegness and lived there all her life, Pam has seen many changes
in the town and has excellent local knowledge, which is invaluable to clients if it
relates in any way to help matters along with their sale or purchase.
Louise Gregory
Louise has worked in legal field since 1990 initially in accounts during which time
undertook legal accounts management courses.
She then became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2003 whilst working as a Conveyancer for another Lincolnshire firm prior to her youngest child being born when she decided to take approximately 3 years out of employment. She then had
another child and a year later recommenced her employment, joining JSP in September 2007.
As well as working in the Property Department Louise now manages the Estate Planning team, working on Will Plans and Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
