Costs
When a mortgage is required and there is no chain involved, the transaction will take
1 - 2 weeks if all the parties agree. Where a mortgage is required or where there is a
chain, the time is more likely to be 6 – 8 weeks.
Please contact any member of our department for an estimate. Costs are worked out
as a percentage of the value of the property being bought and sold with disbursements
added on.
