JSP Solicitors made a commitment to, and achieved, the Investors in People National
Standard in 1999.
JSP has also gained in-house accreditation from the Law Society to deliver its own
training to personnel. We have been successful in promoting staff from Office Junior
to Solicitor and have a successful career programme for any staff who show the
potential and commitment to progress within the firm.
The firm’s approach to the development of its employees has been driven by the
desire to give us a competitive edge and enable us to secure specialist nationwide work in the fields of Personal Injury and Occupational Illness, as well as maintain a
strong local client base in Conveyancing and Estate Planning.
